Hi, I'm Helen — the face behind That Dog Lady.
With 15 years in hairdressing and 5 years grooming dogs, transitioning into dog grooming was a natural move. The eye for shape, the scissor work, the understanding of coat and skin — it all carried over. I then trained under Melanie Newman, one of the most respected names in the grooming industry, to make sure my skills were exactly where they needed to be.
Every dog that comes through my door is treated as an individual. No rushing, no cookie cutter approach — just genuine care and attention every single time.
